VILLA 11
Villa 11 inter-leads with villa 10 and can be booked together (subject to availability). The kitchenette has a full size fridge/freezer, stove top and oven, microwave, Nespresso maker, kettle and crockery and cutlery. A dining table seats up to 6 persons, with 2 comfortable chairs and a couch that can convert to a double bed sleeper couch. Large ceiling to floor sliding doors open to a spacious balcony with seating.
The bedroom has a king size bed and can be switched into twin beds. The bedroom does not have a view of the mountain, but overlooks our garden. The TV in the lounge has access to satellite channels and streaming services, there is no TV in the bedroom.
The bathroom has a shower, but no bath. Double basins, heated towel rail and underfloor heating are installed.
Being one of 2 villas at the front of the property, it has uninterrupted views of both Simonsberg and the Drakenstein mountains, and as far as the Matroos mountains in the distance, with its snow covered peaks in winter.
