VILLA 12

This is the ideal villa for the guest who likes to relax away from the buzz, it is furthest from the pool and the only stand-alone villa at Clouds. With a slightly smaller lounge it is the coziest and most intimate of villas.

The kitchenette has a full-size fridge/freezer, stovetop and oven, microwave, Nespresso maker, kettle and enough crockery and cutlery. A dining table seats up to 6 persons, with 2 comfortable chairs and a couch that can convert to a double bed sleeper couch. Large ceiling-to-floor sliding doors open to a spacious balcony with seating. The TV is in the lounge and has satellite channels and streaming services, however, there is no TV in the bedroom.

The bedroom has a king size bed and can be changed into twins. This bedroom does not have a view of the mountains. The bathroom has a shower, but no bath. Double basins, heated towel rail and underfloor heating are installed.

It has a view of Simonsberg mountain and one can see as far as the Matroos mountains in the distance, with its snow-covered peaks in winter.
